I have moved out of state, which means I have had to terminate my contracts with most insurances. I am only in-network with Aetna and Cigna, though many Regence and Premera plans still provide some reimbursement. Fees are as follows:
$0 for a 15-30 minute initial consultation
$250 for an intake appointment
$200 for a 55-60 minute session, $175 for 40-50 minute session, $150 for a 30-35 minute session.
